We need some customer service reps who love the beauty industry to help us keep our status as the #1 fasting growing company of our type.

Our customer service reps play a key role in our business and we value them greatly. We will provide you with training so that you can comfortably convey passion for our mission and products.

Skills:

  • Patient and supportive! We want reps who will listen to our clients and who are problem-solvers, passionate about offering solutions to our customers. If you have the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations, this job could challenge and interest you.
  • Personable – You must have great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact easily with all types of people and problem situations. Our reps distinguish themselves by being strong communicators who perceptive and empathetic.
  • Creative – Our best reps are those who are innovative and quick thinking. They can quickly offer solutions to problems, and enjoy taking ownership over their projects.
  • Dependable – If you have a good work ethic and can be counted on to be a hard worker and team player, we want you.   We reward honest, dependable innovators and there is a place for you in our company.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills and high level of comfort with social media and the internet
  • Excellent communication skills– written and verbal
  • Willing to work the hours of 12-8 Monday-Friday and one weekend shift per week
