Well funded tech startup is looking for an Office Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a polished, gracious professional, who is comfortable coordinating conference schedules, backing up the administrative team, and managing a wide range of challenging assorted projects. If you have 1-3 years of administrative experience (preferably in a small tech firm or start-up), a high level of energy and the ability to work autonomously, this could be a perfect fit for you. This job is very hands on and needs someone with good judgment, a sense of urgency and pass

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responding to customer service emails, chats and phone calls with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism–with a focus on first contact resolution resolve issues within one call/one email.
-Keeping abreast of billing issues and discrepancies and communicating with customers and internal managers

GENERAL COMPETENCIES
-Analytical Thinking–Analyzing and interpreting statistical data, focusing on details, relating various pieces of information together, identifying trends, and understanding the root cause of problems as well as successes.

-Communication–Convey written information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents. Convey information orally, in such a way that the recipient(s) comprehends the message.

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree desired
-Direct Selling / Network Marketing industry experience preferred
-Minimum two years Customer Service experience in a contact center environment handling inbound calls and emails
-Must be willing to work in a structured contact center environment that requires 100% customer interaction via phone and email.
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic.
-Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
